Angel Brokers Group | Addison & Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas
Put Your Experience to Work Helping Other Agents Grow
Angel Brokers Group is seeking an experienced real estate professional to take on a leadership-oriented role supporting brokerage operations, agent recruitment, training, and professional development.
This opportunity is designed for someone who has hands-on industry experience, strong professional judgment, and a desire to help other agents succeed.
Rather than simply managing day-to-day tasks, the role focuses on bringing practical real estate knowledge into the brokerage—helping agents overcome challenges, improve their practice, and build sustainable professional careers.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate day-to-day operational workflows, agent communication, onboarding, and follow-up.
- Support the recruitment of experienced professionals whose goals and working style align with the brokerage.
- Develop practical training and educational resources based on your areas of expertise.
- Mentor agents and help them apply real-world knowledge to their transactions and business practices.
- Identify transaction or operational obstacles and coordinate timely assistance with the appropriate broker.
- Help agents establish professional goals and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Support ongoing engagement, communication, and professional development within the agent community.
- Work with brokerage leadership to improve processes, resources, and the overall agent experience.
Who Should Apply?
This opportunity is well suited for an experienced real estate professional who brings:
- Hands-on transaction experience.
- Strong professional judgment and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to communicate complex real estate matters clearly.
- A collaborative and service-oriented approach.
- An interest in mentoring, training, leadership, or agent development.
Specialized experience in residential real estate, commercial real estate, investment real estate, or business brokerage is valuable.
Professionals with a strong specialty who want to share their knowledge and help other agents develop their businesses are encouraged to apply.
Licensing & Broker Oversight
Any activity involving licensed supervision, brokerage functions, or other regulated responsibilities will be performed only when the appropriate licensing, qualifications, authority, and formal delegation are in place and as permitted by applicable Texas requirements.
This position does not automatically make the selected candidate the designated broker or sponsoring broker.
The Opportunity
Build a leadership role around brokerage operations, agent support, mentoring, training, and professional development.
This is an opportunity to work closely with brokerage leadership while helping create a stronger, more knowledgeable, and more connected agent community across North Texas.
Training, management, recruitment, and other compensation arrangements will be discussed based on the scope of responsibilities and confirmed in writing.
No specific salary, commission, or income level is guaranteed or promised.
